Hi, I’m Roman! I offer dog daycare and overnight boarding in our family home in Solrød Strand, just 300 metres from the beach. My aim is to provide a comfortable stay with a relaxed routine, seaside walks, a little playtime and plenty of rest.

We have our own small French bulldog, Maja, so caring for a dog is part of our everyday life. I’m familiar with daily feeding, walks, toilet breaks and recognising when a dog needs attention or some quiet time. Before a stay, I like to learn about your dog’s habits and needs so we can decide whether our home is a suitable match.

A typical day starts with a toilet break and breakfast according to your dog’s usual routine, followed by a morning walk. Daycare guests join us at their agreed arrival time and have time to settle in. During the day, we balance walks and toilet breaks with a little play, company and quiet rest. Overnight guests have dinner, a relaxed evening and a final toilet break before bedtime.

Walks along the sea are part of our routine, with the length and pace adjusted to your dog’s age, energy and the weather. Visiting dogs are walked on a lead.

We also have a garden with fencing for fresh air and a little playtime. Garden time is supervised, and I check the fencing and gates before allowing a visiting dog off lead. Where the enclosure is not suitable for an individual dog, I keep them on a lead.

At drop-off and collection, visiting dogs stay on a lead while doors or gates are open. Introductions to Maja are calm and supervised. As we also have children, guest dogs need to be comfortable in a family setting and around another dog.

Before the first booking, I’d be happy to arrange a meet-and-greet so you can see our home and we can discuss feeding, sleeping arrangements, supervision and any time your dog may need to spend alone.

Please bring your dog’s regular food and a familiar bed or blanket to help them settle in. Send me your dates and a little about your dog—I’d love to hear about their personality and routine!
