My name is Donatella, and I offer dog sitting in a warm home environment. I have grown up surrounded by dogs my entire life, so caring for them feels completely natural to me. Animals have always been an important part of my world, and over the years I’ve developed a deeper understanding of dogs’ needs, personalities, and communication. For me, they are truly a man's best friend.

I am a trained psychologist with knowledge in behavioral psychology. This background has been incredibly valuable in the dog world. It helped me read canine body language more accurately, respect boundaries, and respond to each dog’s needs with both calmness and awareness. I also work with patience, positive reinforcement, and a gentle approach. For me it is important to gain the dogs trust.

I have an Italian Greyhound named Odin. He is incredibly gentle, affectionate, and very social. He loves both people and other dogs and enjoys making new friends. When your dog stays with us, they will not only care from me but will also have a kind and playful companion.. I love including Odin in my services so the dogs can socialize, play, and relax together .. giving them the best possible experience when you are away without much stress.

My preference is to host dogs in my own home but this is not necessarily. I live in a dog-friendly area with access to lovely walking routes and green spaces. I always adapt activity levels to the individual dog , whether that means long walks, mental stimulation, gentle playtime, or quiet cuddle moments.

I have experience with both small and large breeds and a variety of temperaments, from energetic young dogs to calm seniors. I carefully follow each owner’s routines regarding feeding, training, and daily structure to ensure consistency and comfort. I view this as a very important aspect.
