Hi, I'm Andy, a 36-year-old Brazilian-Italian who recently moved to Denmark from São Paulo. By day I work with education startups, but animals are the thing I love most and what makes me happiest in life. My friends actually call me Dr. Dolittle.

I've been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. I have plenty of pet-sitting experience in Brazil, both for friends and family, including long stays, most recently looking after a pair of cats in my own home for eight months. I also help run a small foster space in Brazil, which I've funded for three years and which my mother cares for day to day, currently sheltering four cats. My family has a long tradition of caring for animals: we've had a parrot for 30 years and regularly foster smaller parrots and macaws too.

What I offer: attentive, loving care in a calm home environment. I follow your pet's routine closely, feeding, walks, play, and plenty of company, and I send regular updates while you're away. Walks are typically adjusted to your pet's energy and pace, and I'm happy to do more if needed. I'm attentive to pets with specific needs, whether that's a special diet, medication schedule, or a bit of extra patience for shy or older animals. In case of an emergency, I'll contact your chosen vet right away and reach out to you immediately as well, so you're never left in the dark.

I'm most experienced with cats and birds, and I'm comfortable with dogs too. For me this isn't just a service, it's a genuine joy that also helps me feel settled here in Denmark.
