Hi, I’m Roman! I offer dog daycare and overnight boarding in our family home in Solrød Strand, just 300 metres from the beach. My aim is to provide a comfortable stay with a relaxed routine, seaside walks, a little playtime and plenty of rest.
We have our own small French bulldog, Maja, so caring for a dog is part of our everyday life. I’m familiar with daily feeding, walks, toilet breaks and recognising when a dog needs attention or some quiet time. Before a stay, I like to learn about your dog’s habits and needs so we can decide whether our home is a suitable match.
A typical day starts with a toilet break and breakfast according to your dog’s usual routine, followed by a morning walk. Daycare guests join us at their agreed arrival time and have time to settle in. During the day, we balance walks and toilet breaks with a little play, company and quiet rest. Overnight guests have dinner, a relaxed evening and a final toilet break before bedtime.
Walks along the sea are part of our routine, with the length and pace adjusted to your dog’s age, energy and the weather. Visiting dogs are walked on a lead.
We also have a garden with fencing for fresh air and a little playtime. Garden time is supervised, and I check the fencing and gates before allowing a visiting dog off lead. Where the enclosure is not suitable for an individual dog, I keep them on a lead.
At drop-off and collection, visiting dogs stay on a lead while doors or gates are open. Introductions to Maja are calm and supervised. As we also have children, guest dogs need to be comfortable in a family setting and around another dog.
Before the first booking, I’d be happy to arrange a meet-and-greet so you can see our home and we can discuss feeding, sleeping arrangements, supervision and any time your dog may need to spend alone.
Please bring your dog’s regular food and a familiar bed or blanket to help them settle in. Send me your dates and a little about your dog—I’d love to hear about their personality and routine!

Hello!
I, Denis, and my boyfriend Mathias are in love with dogs, and we have been offering exceptional dog-sitting services on Amager since 2021. We speak both Danish and English (plus Hungarian and Slovak). Our motivation to start dog-sitting has been to prepare and get used to a new friend in our home. After 3 years of living together and 2 years of dog-sitting, in November 2023 we were lucky enough to welcome our own Cavapoo puppy, Atlas, into our home, and we could not be more excited
Honestly, dog-sitting has been the best experience so far, and we love it so much! ️ To connect with dogs and their owners has been super beneficial to our lives, and we gained so many good friends and experiences - of course, we are craving for more! We both had dogs since our childhood, so we know what it takes to give the best service to them. Moreover, having our own doggo now makes us want to connect with dogs even more, as we want Atlas to socialize and get new friends Atlas is the best with dogs and other animals too, he loves to play but he also enjoys his time alone. We are sure he would be great friends with your dog/s too!
We live on Amager in a big 117m2 apartment with a balcony, close to Øresund metro station - the dog beach is super close, as well as parks and natural areas like Kløvermarken or Prøvestenen, where we usually go for long walks and playtime We work from home every day, so we never leave the dogs home alone. We also offer pickup and dropoff of the dog/s as we have a car.
If you're interested, feel free to ask questions! You can also come over for a coffee one of the days to check out our place and see if your furry friend could become friends with us and our Atlas - we would love that! We already have a few returning dogs (not only from this platform) and they became our best friends - would you also like three new best friends for your dog/s? Just reach out to us and let’s get to know each other!

What's in it for your dog?
