Plamena

A little about me: My name is Plamena, I am 26 years old and have recently completed my Masters in Data Science for Business at the University of Stirling in Scotland. I moved to Copenhagen with my boyfriend last year and we both love all animals. Back home in Bulgaria, I have always tried to help stray cats by feeding them and taking them to the vets if injured. That's how I found Tony, whose previous owner broke his front leg and did not want to pay for the surgery so my mum and I took him in even though I have a bad allergy for cats.

Now, my boyfriend has a job here and as I only recently submitted my thesis I have only just begun looking for career opportunities and therefore have a lot of spare time that I would love to fill with the company of a four-legged friend.

As a dog lover, the opportunity to become a dog walker/sitter is incredibly exciting but also something I am very serious about. Having been responsible for the care of several dogs over the past 5 years I know what is required to ensure that your best friend will always be happy and taken good care of whilst you are away. But don't worry I would be more than happy to send you pictures and keep you updated on the fun we will be having. 😊

As well as being reliable, motivated and energetic, I can establish very good connections with dogs quickly, and what truly excites me is the chance to build relationships with your pets. There's been a hole in my heart since I moved away from my best buddy Goodie, my boyfriend's Lhaso Apso, that I'm looking to fill with new furry friends. I am free during the daytime so I am available to take your buddy/s for regular exercise or would be more than happy just to sit and keep them entertained.

I am open to looking after any size of dog, I love all dogs and have experience taking care of dogs of all sizes and know how to care for their specific needs. By this I specifically mean taking them for appropriate exercise, knowing where and when to allow them to interact with other dogs and keeping them safe at all times. I also have experience giving medicines such as ear drops and hiding pills in food so this would also not be an issue for me.
